The March to Church will happen around 11.45am, the civil war soldiers will assemble on Market field with our new Middlewich Town Mayor, guests and visitors for a parade to church. Feel free to join in!
The service itself will take place at 12 noon at the United Reform Church on Queen Street.
The service will take around 30 minutes and will be a fabulous insight into the 17th Century as we join together in a traditional service. It will also include a commemoration to those who lost their lives here.
There will also be an official welcome from our Mayor to all our guests and visitors as they explore the world of Middlewich in the 1640’s, their lives, their view of the war that was to engulf them and take hundreds of lives.
We thank Rev David Spence of the United Reform Church for allowing us to use his church after their morning service has finished.
We can guarantee that you will not experience a church service like it!
