THE FOURTEEN MISSED NAMES

As a result of research by Geoff Page and Philip Andrews, it was realised that the names of fourteen Middlewich men, who had died as a result of their service during the war, had been missed from the war memorial and the Roll of Honour. It was decided that the names should be added to both.
Clicking on the nearest image opposite will open a large scale file with details of the fourteen men. Clicking on the image at the far right will show Geoff Page (left) and Philip Andrews (centre) with Russell Thomas Hatton (right), named after his grandfather – one of the fourteen, examining the names added to the war memorial.
